Yes, babes in arms are welcome. When you purchase your ticket please tick the box to let us know you'll be bringing your baby so that we can set a comfy space for you both at the conference. 

Please note that there will be some loud items/surprises over the course of the conference so consider baby sound cancelling headphones for this. 

Anyone can purchase tickets to this conference, however, the content, speakers and teaching is geared towards professional midwifery learning. GP's, obstetricians, maternity nurses, lactation consultants and doulas may also find value in the conference content and you'll definitely have fun! 

No, but you can take advantage of the 40-week or 10-month payment plan, or use Afterpay at the checkout to help spread out the cost of this conference. 

Yes, refunds can be requested up to 2 months before the event.

• A full refund will be issued if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing.
• After this time an administration fee of 50% will be kept and the rest of your payment will be refunded.
• 2 months before the conference, no refund will be given.
• If you miss the conference due to sickness or other extenuating circumstances no refund will be given.

This is due to the costs of processing cancellations and refunds as well as other expenses laid out as the conference approaches, such as the venue, food, speaker costs, travel, accommodation, and merchandise.

You are welcome to find a replacement attendee for your ticket. To transfer your ticket to them please:

1. send us an email with their name and email address so we can follow up re: dietary requirements, conference lead up information and post conference communication etc.
2. Organise between yourselves to exchange funds.

The ICC Sydney is centrally located in Darling Harbour, making it easily accessible by public transport, car, or even on foot if you're staying nearby.

Public Transport: The venue is well-served by buses, light rail, and trains. The closest train station is Town Hall, just a short walk away. Plan you trip here.

Parking: There are several parking options available at the ICC itself and nearby parking lots. Please check the ICC website for rates and availability.

Accommodation: If you're staying overnight or for the weekend, there are plenty of hotels within walking distance of the venue.
